To become a mentor and preceptor for occupational therapy students after one year of practicing OT

 

To perform in a leadership or management role within 10 years of graduating in addition to completing regular therapist duties of care in order to advocate for the importance of occupational therapists as health care professionals

 

To own and manage a successful business within 15 years of graduating that facilitates meaningful change and engagement in occupation for a specific population
